Brunswick Jr. Wrestling (BJW) offers wrestling programs for girls and boys starting at age 5 to 14 (through 8th grade), to those living within the Brunswick High School District of Frederick County, MD and surrounding areas. BJW is a member of the Mid-Maryland Wrestling League.

Built upon a foundation of good sportsmanship and fair play, we seek to provide an opportunity for our children to learn the fundamentals of wrestling, life lessons under competent leadership and to enjoy participation and competition in organized leagues. Those life lessons include instilling the will to win and the courage to accept defeat, with emphasis on clean play, safety, and sportsmanlike conduct. We aim to do nothing less than to develop in our children positive social values, character traits, good citizenship, physical and mental health and an interest in and a knowledgeable appreciation of wrestling.

In pursuit of this BJW has established itself as a non-profit entity operating exclusively for this charitable purpose.
